Nimanja.com is an online marketplace for pet supplies. The platform connects several established pet stores in Brunei with local pet lovers. Nimanja aims to make it easier for you to search for pet supplies in Brunei and have them deliver it right to your doorstep. We care about your pets as much as you do – that’s why we want you to pamper (“ni-manja”) your furry buddies!

Where are you located?

Our Nimanja office is located at Unit 22-25, GroundFloor, Kompleks Q-Lap, Kiulap, Bandar Seri Begawan, BE 1518, Brunei Darussalam.

What are your business hours?

Our Nimanja business hours are Monday to Saturday from 9am-6pm.

Yes, there are 3 ways to place your order:

Why can I not find all the store products online?

At Nimanja.com, we only carry a selective range out of the thousands of premium-quality pet products that we have in our retail stores. This includes garden supplies and animal supplies for cats, dogs, small animals, birds, reptiles and fish. We are currently reviewing our website range and looking to considerably increase what we sell online in the near future. In the meantime, we have our most popular products from store on Nimanja.com alongside some great online perks such as our Nimanja MemPurr Rewards program

If there is a particular item that you want to order, but it is not listed online, you may call our hotline number or message us on Nimanja.com and we can help add that item to your shopping cart.

How is my discount calculated?

Our discounts are shown during the checkout process. If you have a coupon code, please enter it during the checkout process. You may only use 1 coupon code per order.

What is the Nimanja MemPurr Rewards program?

How do you guarantee freshness of your pet food products?

We take pride in the high quality of our pet food products and we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by providing only the freshest products for your pets. We directly import pet foods from our manufacturers and we routinely monitor the expiry dates in our warehouse. We also work closely with our international suppliers to ensure that their pet food product is 100% fresh and safe for consumption.

Delivery Services

How will I receive the items that I ordered?

You will have the option to choose:

(1) Delivery to address

(2) Pick-up at store (Petlink)

What is the delivery fee?

DELIVERY: For orders that are BND$50 and below in the Brunei-Muara district, there is a $5 flat delivery fee. We offer free delivery services for orders above BND$50 in the Brunei-Muara district.

For orders that are BND$100 and below in Tutong and Belait districts, there is a $10 flat delivery fee. We offer free delivery services for orders above BND$100 in Tutong and Belait districts.

Currently, we do not deliver to Temburong district or countries outside of Brunei.

PICK-UP @ PETLINK: There is NO delivery fee for orders that will be picked up at Petlink.

How can you ensure that my payment is safe?

Exchange & Return Policy

What is your Exchange and Return policy?

All exchanges must be done within 7 days from the date of purchase and must be accompanied by the original receipt. All item(s) must be returned in original condition and with the original packaging. We are unable to offer an exchange on item(s) that are scratched, damaged or not in their original packaging.

Item(s) can be exchanged for any other item(s) that are available and are the same price or a lower price.
